Our alumni include a young, enthusiastic, talented and energetic group of graduate students, who are well placed and are striving to climb the ladder of success. Members are either setting up their own businesses or are associated with the fashion/textile world by working for designers, owners of outlets or of large and small businesses. They contribute to the development of the institute by keeping us informed on the current market trends, job situations and events that would help the current or graduating students to grow professionally. Others enter the challenging but extremely rewarding profession of teaching, either as full time faculty members or as part time visiting faculty and thus serve their alma mater devotedly. AIFD values all graduates who are part of our alumni and we wish them success in their well-earned professions. |

Internships The First Step towards Success!AIFD like any other professional institute, places great emphasis on student internships during intensive periods of study. It is mandatory upon all students to undertake internships of prescribed duration, assigned to them, in the textile/fashion industry.
